On the territory of the land plot near the one-story shopping center "Decathlon", there is a free sports ground.

In the process of work, a full cycle of design work and construction of the utility systems was carried out.  

The facility is built in accordance with the European fire safety requirements of the NFPA, has passed the BREEAM certification.
