Residential Complex "Dom na Detskoy"

RC "Dom na Detskoy" is located in the Vasileostrovsky District of Saint-Petersburg.

This two-section nine-floor cast-in-place/masonry building is built in a modern neo-classical style: bow windows topped with a glass dome face the Detskaya street, the top floor is architecturally designed as an attic in the construction of a sloping semicircular roof.

The project includes 92 spacious and light business class apartments with high ceiling. Each apartment has a balcony or an extended enclosed balcony. Construction solutions provide for functional zoning of premises, the possibility of combining apartments and creating an individual project.
