Historic 4-floor brick building of former Tenement of A. V. Knyazeva built in 1892 under the project of S.V. Banigue is located at 31, 8 Sovetskaya Street, Saint Petersburg.

In 1994, our company restored the building.

Central utility lines, digital telephony, broadband internet, and 24-hour security system with magnetic access cards were arranged in the building. The main entrance is located on Degtyarnaya street.
